How I work

I’m an integrative therapist, drawing on the main traditions of psychotherapy and adapting my approach to suit your unique needs. My work is relational, I pay close attention to the relationships in your life as a key part of understanding your experience.

I work in a trauma‑informed and anti‑oppressive way, centring you as the expert in your own life. I prioritise working at a pace that feels right for you.

I offer a safe, affirmative space. My style is gentle, sensitive, and invitational, while also offering insight and thoughtful challenge. I work at depth, holding an open and grounded space where deeper self‑understanding and healing can emerge
